I interviewed at the NC State School of design but decided to get my business degree at University of North Carolina and advanced degree at University of Southern California and my MBA at ECU. Having been in corporate America where I developed extremely strong sales, customer care, and negotiation skills, I finally pursued my dream of entering Real Estate. Bill Gallagher and I just had one of the best meals we’ve had in a long time at Fin & Fino. 🍷🍽️

This location has apparently been cursed for decades. Since I moved to Charlotte, I’ve eaten at restaurant after restaurant behind these doors, full of hope… and then quietly they disappear. I remember coming to this space the first weekend I moved here for the legendary “Takeover Fridays.”

Well, I think someone finally broke the curse.

Fin & Fino is thriving. Incredible food, outstanding service, and a restaurant that reminds you why dining out can still be an event.

Here’s hoping they stay for a very, very long time…

because I’d hate to have to train another bartender how to make my special martini.

Charlotte, crack the windows. Your house needs to burp. 🏡💨

We’ve been handed a unicorn day:
cool temps, low pollen, zero mosquitoes, and just enough breeze to do what your HVAC can’t.

Open it all up. Air it out.

Because here’s the part nobody says out loud—
every home has a smell… and the owner is the last to know.

Mine?
Burnt food.

Not “I tried a new recipe.”
More like… I believed in myself and lost.

There’s a direct correlation between my cooking and the number of times smoke alarms go off- in every house on the black. 🔥😅

So yes—today my house gets a full reset.
Yours probably should too.

Fresh air = better living.
Better living = better selling.
