What a year of GROWTH! 🎉

While I could share numbers GCI, homes closed, milestones reached I know that doesn’t mean much to most people. What does mean everything to me is the gratitude I feel for the people and families I had the privilege of meeting, and for the dreams I watched come to life along the way. Being part of those stories is something I don’t take for granted.

This year also held a quieter season, one of sitting in the valley and feeling the Lord’s presence in a deeper way. A reminder that His still waters have purpose, and that even the slow, uncertain moments are shaping the next chapter of my story.

So if you found yourself in a valley too, or if 2025 didn’t turn out the way you hoped, know that it mattered. There was purpose in it. And even there, God is already writing a redemption story far greater than we could ever imagine.

My prayer is that growth came even through the hard moments, and that 2026 brings clarity, joy, and new beginnings for all of us.

As a second generation Realtor, I’ve been around this business for most of my life.

What I’ve learned along the way is that every transaction tells a story. With some being beautiful, some difficult, some marking new beginnings, and others closing long hard chapters.

Each one deserves a listening ear and careful guidance. There are always roads to navigate, each requiring both precision and wisdom.

That’s the beauty of being a seasoned Realtor is I’ve seen a lot. I’ve learned even more, and I continue to grow with every client I serve. It was truly an honor to be part of Kristy’s journey and get her to this next chapter.

The Fed has already tipped its hand: a rate cut is almost locked in for September 17th

Markets are already reacting, and mortgage rates have dropped ahead of it (along with help from a weak jobs report).

For buyers, that shift translates into tens of thousands more in purchasing power compared to just a few months ago...

So what does that actually mean?

Buyers: Homes that felt out of reach earlier this year may suddenly fit the budget.

Homeowners: Refinance opportunities are back on the table, putting real savings in play each month.

But don’t assume this trend will last. A Fed cut doesn’t lock mortgage rates into a downward path. We’ve seen the opposite happen before.
