ICYMI Levine Museum of the New South recently purchased an historic South End property for their new headquarters. Renderings of the property show preservation of the historic property while incorporating new development to expand room for community. Dr. Richard Cooper, President and CEO, Levine Museum of the New South says, “Our new home in South End will deepen our impact as a place where people gather, connect, and belong. At Levine Museum, history, dialogue, and culture come together to encourage active participation in shaping a New South story that is still being written and offers a more just and equitable future for all who call this region home.”

Excited to share that GoodLyfe is the latest to sign on at our Christenbury Village development, and could open as early as this fall! Goodlyfe makes it their highest priority to use quality ingredients in their wraps, salads, and smoothies. Our own Kevin Judd and Joey Morganthall represented the landlord in this deal, and handle leasing at the center.

Goodlyfe Smoothie is coming to Lowes Foods anchored Christenbury Village in Concord, NC as soon as Fall 2026.

Excited to announce new tenants coming to Academy Village, MPV and Proffitt Dixon Partners' premier mixed-use development in Fuquay-Varina, NC. Potbelly Sandwich Works and Club Pilates recently signed at the Lowes Foods anchored center. Avalon Nails and Wells Family Dentistry have also signed on to take space. Robbie Branstrom Adams and Joey Morganthall are actively leasing Academy Village, which is slated to begin delivering in Q1 of 2027.
