The Velvet Hammer. 🔨

What started as a nickname from some wonderful clients (the original trademark holders 😉) has taken on a life of its own.

At a recent closing, a very special family surprised me with this golden hammer as a closing gift. The best part? It opens up to reveal other tools hidden inside, because in this business, it truly takes every tool in the toolbox.

Real estate is about so much more than contracts, negotiations, and closing days. It's about relationships, trust, and guiding people through one of life's most important decisions. The results matter, but how we achieve them matters just as much.

🏙️Charlotte is booming! Census data released this morning showed that the Charlotte Metro area gained 20,731 residents between 2024 & 2025, more than any city in the country!

📈From April of 2020 to July 2025, the Charlotte-Concord-Gastonia region added more than 278,700 people across both Carolinas, bringing the total population to about 2.9 million.

🌟 The city of Charlotte is now reaching an estimated population of nearly 965,000. Charlotte is continuing to grow rapidly, attracting thousands of new residents each year!
