Ok Charlotte I got keys in hand on the following 4 bedroom 3bedroom houses and like 6 apartments keys definitely in hand I charge a key in hand fee plus the deposit and rent you will login pay your rent and deposit to the system I do not receive the funds for move ins no funny business over here!!! If you are waiting on me to get keys or an approval here is the opportunity to take advantage of yes you can resign your lease long as you pay rent!!!
