Everyone gets excited during showings…
but this is the part that can come back and bite you later 👇

Running the water might seem small…
but if you don’t check it now, your inspector 100% will

And that’s when things get real during the due diligence period 😬

💧 Low water pressure
🚿 Drainage issues
🔥 Water heater problems
🚽 Plumbing that can’t handle normal use

All of that shows up on your inspection report

Which means now you’re:
➡️ Renegotiating repairs
➡️ Asking for credits
➡️ Or worse… questioning if you should walk away completely

I’ve seen deals fall apart over things buyers could’ve caught in the first showing 👀

You will literally NEVER catch me without lip gloss. And by “lip gloss,” I mean I probably have 5 or 6 on me at all times — because what if I lose one? Someone steals one? Three mysteriously disappear into another dimension?? 😂💄
