One thing I always tell clients is that choosing where to live isn't just about the house—it's about the lifestyle that comes with it.

Today I met a friend for lunch at Salted Melon in Phillips Place, and it reminded me why I love this area so much. Great food, beautiful outdoor spaces, local boutiques, and some of the best shopping Charlotte has to offer all in one spot.

Whether you're relocating to Charlotte, buying your first home, or you've lived here for years, finding places that become part of your everyday routine is what truly makes a city feel like home.

It's only been a few days, but Ripley has been absolutely amazing. ❤️

For a puppy who's never been in a crate before, she's gone right in like a champ, sleeps through the night, and has made the transition so much easier than I expected. Praying it stays that way 🤪

One thing I was really hoping for was that she'd be gentle with Lilo and Stitch, and she's been so respectful of them. Stitch has been spending more time downstairs watching her, and even Lilo is keeping an eye on all the action from a safe distance. 🐱

And then there's Rocky. 🐶 At 80 lbs, he's still figuring out what to do with this fluffy little shadow that follows him everywhere. They've had plenty of zoomies, toy stealing, chasing each other around the yard, and learning each other's boundaries. Every day they seem a little more comfortable together, and I honestly think they're going to be great pals in no time.

Needless to say, we're all pretty smitten with Miss Ripley already. 🥰

So we did a thing today!!! Welcome the newest member of the Faticoni Family - Ripley. She's a 14 week old bernadoodle! We're totally in love already. She's gonna be a BIG GIRL!!!

🚨 People are moving to Charlotte for the wrong reasons.

I hear it all the time...

"Charlotte is cheaper."

Compared to some cities, sure.

But moving somewhere because it's "cheap" is a terrible reason to relocate.

The real question is:

Will your lifestyle improve?

Will your commute improve?
