My Story

My name is Nicole Buie and I want to be your realtor! I am the mother of an energetic five year old son. I know what it takes to get a lot of things done without a lot of time.

Let me tell you why you should choose me as your realtor. I am a native of Savannah, GA but I moved to Charlotte over 4 years ago. During that time, I had to learn how to maneuver the job and housing market in this area. It was so stressful but the obstacles I faced inspired a new passion within me. Real Estate!

I am blessed to say that I have had two of the most rewarding careers in my life and both of them require me to help people reach their full potential. When I first moved to Charlotte I continued my trained profession as a therapist. Here is the thing; no one understands the value of helping people sort out their life like a therapist. That is why I am the best person to assist you with making the biggest financial decision of your life: homeownership. Subsequently, this is also the reason why I chose real estate as my profession. My experience with helping clients with having major breakthroughs in life aligns directly with helping clients get the best possible deals on a new home that they love! I will be right by your side conducting walk-throughs and I will be negotiating your wants and needs to ensure you have a pleasant home buying experience.
