My Story
Colombian, born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. I am one of those “Charlotte Unicorns” you encounter if you aren’t originally from here. I got into Real Estate after working in Advertising for CBS Radio and Morris Media Network (Charlotte Magazine) for 10 years.
My motivation in life are those two little cuties pictured above and the desire to uplift the community of which I am a part. Every time I sell a home a portion of my commission is donated to a charity called The Relatives. Their mission is to help youth and young adults transition from crisis to safety, stability, and successful futures. I chose this charity because it isn’t easy growing up and figuring out how to live in this world. And many children and teens, unfortunately, have challenges that can affect their progress and even their mental and physical wellbeing. Those of us that can, should help those that cannot. I made the transition to Giving Tree Realty for that reason. They are all about helping those in need. I am inspired to volunteer for the cause that I have chosen and to be a good example for my children.
My passion for Real Estate comes from my love for this city and those that are in it. As a Realtor, I have a fiduciary responsibility to my clients. My standards are set high above the bar. I boast that I am not one of those Realtors who encourages their clients to buy or sell if the situation may not be right for them. This is how I make a living but at the end of the day I want everyone to walk away from the closing table with big smiles. I am truly in this industry to be a Helpful Advisor, Marketing Expert and Strong Negotiator.
Most of the time, buying a home is the largest investment in a person’s life. I feel honored to be a part of that process for my clients. I am here as a Real Estate professional to guide you through the process with all of the knowledge and expertise I have gained (and continue to gain everyday) and advocate on your behalf.
