A glass walled, open-air solarium was added into this home as well as a spiral staircase that leads to a massive private rooftop terrace. If that’s not … I don’t know what is!! We sold this space for the owner to the original buyer, who then built out this loft condo a number of years ago. Check out this incredible crib! Everything from the clean lined architecture and modern design to the floating staircase and glass enclosed wine room... this home is epic! I took a client by to tour this 7500 square foot beauty listed HM Properties, but it’s a little too late if you’re interested in this marvel... under contract in 5 days! This stunner is simply stunning!
