Big congratulations to my friend/ Soror/ client on the sale of her land. A 2.5 acre parcel a short walk from the lake! I am so honored that we were able to complete this sale! We had some ups and downs, surprises, and discoveries through the process, but managed to get to the finish line with lots of equity!! My favorite thing to do is make my clients money, and that is we did!! Selling land is probably my favorite thing to sell. Simply because land is land and what’s is here is what we’ve got, there isn’t any more land coming, so buy it, get it when you can.

Our unofficial pet barred owl came to visit yesterday. I haven’t seen her/him in a while but have been hearing them hooting from the very tall trees in our yard late at night. This particular tree she’s perched in is directly next to our garage. Barred owls are very curious and friendly. She was about 18 inches tall with a huge wing span.
