On Friday, January 24, 2025, Cambridge Properties dedicated Emmaline the cow, a public art installation created in partnership with , and painted by artist at Harris Farms Shopping Center. Emmaline was installed to honor the legacy and vibrant history of the Harris family, who operated a dairy farm on the Harris Farms land since the 1800s. She is named for a cow that once lived on the property (see last slide) and was a favorite of many members of the Harris family.

Thank you to everyone who attended the dedication of Emmaline on Friday. We were honored to host many members of Harris Family, Publix, Mooresville elected officials, ArtPop, Tina Alberni, and individuals who have contributed to the success of Harris Farms. The event was a beautiful celebration of art, community, and the Harris family legacy.

Happy Friday everyone! Zoë is excited to introduce herself as the Marketing and Office Administrator here at Cambridge after taking a few weeks to settle in. Previously, Zoë worked for Wharton’s MBACM program in Philadelphia, where she gained valuable experience in marketing and graphic design.

Having grown up moving every three years to various posts overseas, she has developed a passion for travel, particularly for returning to Europe to visit family. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities such as fishing, camping, and horseback riding. Zoë looks forward to bringing her skills and enthusiasm to the team!
