❓ 𝐅𝐀𝐐 𝐅𝐑𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐘

So… what actually happens during a home inspection? 🔍

𝙎𝙥𝙤𝙞𝙡𝙚𝙧: it’s not just someone walking around saying, “Yep, looks like a house.” 😂

A licensed inspector takes a closer look at the home’s major systems and components, including things like:

🔧 Electrical & plumbing
🏠 Roof & structure
❄️ HVAC
🚿 Major fixtures & systems

The goal? Know what you’re getting before you get the keys. 🔑

If issues pop up, your Realtor can help you understand your options including whether repairs or other terms may need to be negotiated.

Because surprises are fun for birthday parties… not home inspections. 😅

𝐖𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐲? 👀

Here’s a little secret: 𝙛𝙡𝙚𝙭𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙗𝙚 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙝 𝙖 𝙡𝙤𝙩. 💰

✅ A closing date that works with the seller’s timeline
✅ A little extra time to move
✅ Terms that make the transaction easier

Because sometimes the difference isn’t “How much?”
It’s “How easy can we make this?” 😉

If you were selling, would a flexible closing date make an offer more appealing? 👇
