3rd and final convention for this month in the books! Enjoyed the opportunity to connect with Tom McGee, President and CEO of ICSC, and spending time with friends and colleagues from across the country over dinner. Always - always grateful for the conversations, connections, and the opportunities for continued growth. I closed the convention down this year, first time since pre-covid. Next stop- Vegas!

Congratulations to my clients, the Dahir Family, on the opening of their 22nd Athlete's Foot Location. This Raleigh store is extra special, a 6,000 sf free standing flagship directly across from Crabtree Valley Mall. But beyond it being a retail location, it includes a complimentary community room designed for hosting workshops like financial literacy.
