SPG was please to represent the original developer/owner of this vacant drug store (Rite Aid/Walgreens) in Walterboro, SC.
Colleton County acquired this building to serve as their elections center replacing a facility that was damaged by a tornado last year.
It’s great to see this building go on to serve the local community!
