CLOSING DAY ‼️‼️🍾🥂

Extremely thankful for my client allowing me to guide him through this process! We fought hard to get to this day but we made it!! It was his first time buying a house and he specifically needed a single family home in Indian Trail which is a hot destination right now.

We found this one, and from day one went tooth and nail with the sellers to acquire it. The process took roughly around 45 days from under contract status to closed, BUT we were able to secure it for 22k UNDER asking price!! 😎
