Woke up to a cancelled cleaning and a same-day check-in. My cleaner dropped the job sometime overnight while I was asleep, and Turno auto-assigned the back-to-back like everything was fine. This is the part of STR hosting nobody posts about — the 3am problems you don’t even know you have yet. Thank goodness I had backup systems in place, or this could’ve been a very different morning. 😅🧹
