Heading off to a staging appointment for a listing I have coming up. Staging doesn’t always mean putting furniture in a house, a staging appointment is having a professional put eyes on the property, and give an opinion on placement of furniture, accessories, etc. Sometimes it’s adding furniture, sometimes it’s not, and sometimes its even virtual.

I’ve seen way too many all the white homes with black trim lately. This trend is on the way out, at least that’s what most industry people are saying. I always think how difficult that would be to keep clean.
