Everybody talks about Lake Norman and Lake Wylie… but what if I told you one of the last affordable lake communities near Charlotte? 👀

Fishing Creek Lake offers the lake lifestyle, golf course views, resort-style amenities, and homes for a fraction of what you’d pay around the more well-known lakes.

Would you live here? 🏡🌊

Second RF microneedling session at OVME Columbia, and I’m honestly so excited about the progress I’m already seeing. ✨

I love that this has become my little self-care getaway. The team is so sweet, patient, and intentional, and I never feel rushed when I’m there🤎

You don’t always have to leave town to find something fun to do. Sometimes, the hidden gems are right here in the Midlands. 🌿🚡

The Saluda Skyride at Riverbanks gives you beautiful views over the Saluda River and connects the Zoo to the Botanical Garden — perfect for a family day, date day, or just something different to do around Columbia.

Have you tried it yet?

It’s hard to believe, but you can still get a brand-new home on over an acre of land near Charlotte for around $500,000. 👀🏡

With so many communities getting smaller lots and higher prices, finding this kind of space at this price point is becoming increasingly rare.

If you’ve been dreaming of a little more room, privacy, and a backyard that actually feels like a backyard, this community is worth a look.

I’ve been eating at La shish Kabob since my college days, and somehow they’re still serving my favorite shawarma in Charlotte. 🔥

For over 10 years, I’ve ordered the exact same thing—the chicken shawarma plate with rice—and not once have they disappointed. I’ve tried shawarma all over Charlotte, and I still haven’t found a spot that does it better.

If you’re a shawarma fan, this place deserves a spot on your list. Let me know if you’ve been here before or if you think you’ve found a better shawarma spot in the city. 👀

Brand-new townhomes in East Charlotte starting in the high $200s 👀🏡

$15,000 toward closing costs.
Fridge, washer & dryer INCLUDED.
Modern layouts.
Garage.
And still close to the city.

Plus — I’m personally offering buyers an extra $1,000 toward closing costs if you go under contract with me before the end of June ☀️

If buying a home this summer is on your radar, this might be one you want to check out before the first-phase pricing disappears.

Tried Mi Barrio Halal Latin Grill for the first time and the turkey wing was FALLING off the bone. Great food, huge portions, amazing customer service, and the place was spotless. Definitely one of those hidden gems in worth checking out 🌟

If you go, let me know what you think — and tell them Victoria sent you 🤝

🏡 Over 1-acre lots in Monroe for around $579K?! That’s getting harder and harder to find near Charlotte 👀

Brand-new construction, more privacy, more yard space, and homes that actually give you room to breathe — all while still being close enough to Charlotte for commuting.

If you’ve been wanting newer construction WITHOUT feeling stacked on top of your neighbors, Monroe is definitely an area to watch right now.

Message me to tour homes like this before these larger lots are gone 👀

There’s 5 things I wish I knew before moving to Charlotte, NC 👀👇🏾

1. Charlotte is growing FAST 🚗
One thing you’ll notice quickly is how much the city is expanding. New restaurants, apartments, businesses, and neighborhoods are constantly popping up. Because of that, certain areas can get busy during peak hours, so choosing the right location for your lifestyle is super important.

2. Every part of Charlotte has a completely different vibe 🏙️
South End feels very different from Ballantyne, Steele Creek, Concord, NoDa, or Fort Mill. Some areas are better for nightlife and young professionals, while others are more relaxed and family-oriented. That’s honestly one of the best things about Charlotte — there’s truly an area for everybody.

3. New construction homes are everywhere 🏡
Charlotte has SO many new communities being built right now, and compared to a lot of bigger cities, you can still get a lot more house for your money here. A lot of builders are also offering incentives that can help buyers lower upfront costs or monthly payments.

4. There’s always something to do ☀️
From rooftop spots and brunch places to lakes, trails, sporting events, and breweries, Charlotte has a really good balance of city life and outdoor living. You can be in Uptown one minute and relaxing by the water the next.

5. Networking and connections matter here 🤝
Charlotte is one of those cities where opportunities come from the people you meet. Whether it’s business, friendships, or finding your community, putting yourself out there can open a lot of doors. Most people here are actually very welcoming, especially to newcomers.

Charlotte has become one of the most popular cities people are relocating to for a reason. If you’re thinking about making the move and want help figuring out which neighborhoods or communities fit your lifestyle best, feel free to reach out to me anytime
