Every closing is special, and today is no exception. I try not to post every single win, but this one is awesome!
I met Trish less than 3 months ago at . She wasn’t new to the home-hunting scene. In fact, she was part of the majority of people who were struggling to win in multiple bid situations when interest rates were lower. That market was brutal on buyers and agents.
They had their leases and figured they wouldn’t be buying till next year — and then we chatted about goals, what the perfect house looks like, and why they wanted to buy.
Next thing you know, they were pre-approved (again), and all of the sudden homes that fit their needs were popping up. THEY WERE READY 🙌.
Higher interest rate = less competition = better opportunities to negotiate. Believe me… they got A LOT of incentives to make this purchase, and it couldn’t have been a better situation.
At no point did I tell them they had to buy sooner rather than later. But because we had connected and prepared, they came out on top, and I’m so happy for them!
When rates come down, they’ll refinance. What they already have and what they will continue earning is equity in their home with their family.

PS, I have the best clients. They came with gifts! 🙏👏. This is why I’d rather be with a virtual firm. I meet new friends and clients while I’m out in public — not behind a closed door or a storefront location.
