🎙Words of Wisdom Wednesday!

So you have found this amazing home BUT the ceilings are a little lower than normal. Could be an updated home from years back or maybe you want to flip a home for an investment.

‼️If using a loan PLEASE check with your lender first. There are height requirements if under 7 feet tall and ultimately it comes down to the appraiser.

Another of my many reasons as to why having a knowledgeable agent and mortgage broker is extremely important. Buyer would lose their due diligence deposit if their offer was accepted and then the bank would not loan to them due to this reason.

✅Always better to check first with lender to see what their requirements are before proceeding.

🔥 Days on the market – down 72.7% –3 DAYS!!!

💯 Median sales price - up almost 15% - 380,000 (that’s the median) CRAZY!

😳 Months supply - down 52.4% - 1.1 months - WHAT THE HECK!!

These numbers are unbelievable for sellers. DON’T wait!!! Not enough supply for the demand of buyers due due the low interest rates.
