🚨Whoop Whoop! 🚨 We have a new HOMEOWNER on the block! This young lady came to me almost a year ago, and told me that she wanted to buy her first home. We discussed a plan, and started our search, however, we couldn’t find the RIGHT home for her. Today, she closed on her BRAND NEW home that she signed off on before the foundation was even poured.

I’ve said it once, and I’ll say it again...this market is moving fast 💨! This young lady has built a substantial amount of equity 🤑 in her home all while it was being built 🛠. 🎉🎉BUILDING A BRAND NEW HOME!!🎉🎉 I’m so excited for my client who’s building a brand new townhome! We actually started this process a few months ago, but she didn’t want to take a picture because it wasn’t anything but dirt. But this morning, we took a walk around of what is becoming her new home!

You can only imagine how exciting it must be to see all of the hard work that’s being done to build your new home! However, homes are built by humans, and humans make mistakes!😱 It’s not uncommon for mistakes to be made with new construction. The thing is, we want mistakes to be corrected. My client didn’t see anything wrong with her framing or foundation, and that’s okay because she had a REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONAL on her side! As we completed our tour, I pointed out several areas that needed to be addressed with the builder before continuing with construction. The builder reviewed and said “We’ll take care of these items!”

As a real estate professional, I want to be sure that you received the greatest deal on your investment. It literally will cost you as a buyer $0 to hire a REALTOR! If you go into a model home and talk with new home consultants, just know that they work for the builder and WILL work in the builder’s best interest.
