BEFORE and AFTER pics of our listing! This seller bought her home in 2005 and had not done much updating.
She could have chosen to sell it in its current condition but we suggested that she let us update it in order to sell it at a higher price. She agreed!
While keeping her expenses very reasonable, we coordinated contractors to:
* Replace the laminate kitchen countertops with quartz
* Replace the backsplash tile (it had sweet fruit 🍒🍋 on it but we needed something more current)
* Paint the oak cabinetry in the kitchen and baths
* Install new cabinetry hardware and a new kitchen faucet
* Replace several light fixtures
* Replace all the carpet and the vinyl flooring in the common areas with new sleek laminate flooring
* Painted most of the interior walls
We so strongly believe that updating your home will make you more money, that we are willing to coordinate the work!
