Such a fun season! If you’re planning on listing your home for sale during Halloween time, don’t wait until the last minute to stage it.
A few strategic Halloween decorations can go a long way in making your home feel more festive, but you don’t want to go overboard and scare off potential buyers.
Here are a few tips to help you strike the perfect balance:
