National MOB occupancy reached 92.3% in Q2 2026, while the Flagship Healthcare Trust portfolio reached 94.4% as of June 30.

Limited new construction, combined with continued demand for outpatient healthcare space, is keeping the market tight.

Last Friday we hosted our 2026 HCC Networking Event and Summer Shadowing Program. We gave attendees a real look at what goes into healthcare real estate, including a hard hat tour of the Katie Blessing Center.

Programs like this give us a chance to show what careers in this industry can look like and hopefully spark interest in a field they might not have considered otherwise.

Thank you to Marand Builders, Inc. for hosting us on site. This facility is going to mean a lot for our community once it's up and running.
