Dear Residents,
Although the roads and walkways may appear clear, there is a significant amount of hidden ice and black ice throughout the property. If a sidewalk or walkway looks wet, assume it is black ice. Please avoid it if you must go out.
Please note that areas not receiving direct sunlight are at a much higher risk for ice buildup, even if surrounding areas look clear. Conditions are extremely dangerous and can change quickly.
With the back-to-back storms, our team is actively working to clear ice and snow from walkable paths and address the most hazardous areas as quickly and safely as possible.
For your safety, we strongly ask that you remain indoors and do not walk around the property unless absolutely necessary.
Do not cut through the pool area. As a reminder, the pool is closed and no one should be walking through that area at any time.
If you have pets, please be extra cautious when taking them outside. Pets can pull unexpectedly, which greatly increases the risk of a serious slip and fall.
Our team is working as hard and as quickly as possible under these conditions. Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated as we prioritize resident safety.
Please stay safe.
Sincerely,
Property Management Team
