✨🎬 Freaky Friday: The Office Edition 🎬✨

When we woke up this Friday morning… somehow the office staff and maintenance team had swapped places! 😱🛠️🧾

Our maintenance team traded their tools for phones, emails, resident files, and lease paperwork to experience what the office staff handles daily. Let’s just say, they have a whole new level of respect for the organized chaos behind the desk. 😂💻

From work orders to resident relations, it truly takes the entire team working together to keep our community running smoothly. 💙🏡

🕺💃 When our occupancy is consistently 100% full 🥳, the delinquency is down, and the coffee finally kicks in… the office turns into a dance floor! 😂🎉

The video may not be, but the personalities are 100% real! 😂💃 If you stop by the office, don’t worry we only dance like this after hours… maybe. 😉

🎨🪴 Creativity was in full bloom at our recent Paint & Plant Resident Event!

Residents stopped by to paint the pots for their own flowers they potted and planted here in the clubhouse, and enjoy a relaxing, creative moment with neighbors and friends. 🌸✨ Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the event such a fun and vibrant experience for our community!

We love creating moments that bring our residents together — and this was definitely one to remember! 💚
