Real estate doesn’t have a clock-in or a clock-out. And after over a decade in this business, I have the stories to prove it.

I’ve closed deals from my desk and from the ocean. I’ve negotiated contracts in grocery store aisles, at doctor’s appointments, sitting in traffic, and well past midnight.

And twice, I’ve worked deals, successfully getting them under contract while in labor with my own children. 😂

I’ve sat at a closing table in active labor while the closing attorney opened her office doors, looked at my ever-dropping belly and said, “I don’t like the way this looks…”

She was right. Cole came hours later.

I’ve also gotten a deal under contract while 10 centimeters dilated. Telling my clients my hands were about to be full and they couldn’t believe I was still there for THEM.

Because in real estate, there isn’t always a convenient time for the phone to ring, the offer to come in, the inspection issue to surface, or the deal to suddenly need saving.
