My husband and I have lived in Charlotte since 2000 and we have two daughters who were born in the Queen City. Since moving to the area we have lived in 4 homes so I am confident I can help you find the area you want to enjoy life in. When I'm not working, you'll find me on the tennis courts or cheering on our daughters on the soccer and field hockey fields. I love following housing, market and interior design trends. Some would say I have an eye for turning what you might not love into something you never want to leave. When we aren’t driving kids around town, my husband and I also enjoy frequenting the local restaurants and music venues. We spend a lot of time at our church and we love giving back to this amazing community that's been so good to us. July’s numbers are in, and Charlotte continues to show signs of a healthy, active market with opportunities on BOTH sides of the transaction!

For buyers, growing inventory means more homes to choose from and a little more breathing room when making such a big decision. With homes spending longer on the market, there may also be more opportunity to negotiate than we’ve seen in recent years.
