on phone, attempting to schedule an appraisal appointment - Them: uhmm, I work Monday to Friday and don't get home until after 6pm. Could you come at 7am or 7pm?... or Saturday works better. Me: our normal scheduling hours are M-F, 9:30-4pm. Them: Well, that does not work for me. I have to work during those days/hours. Me: I totally understand, me too.
