By the way, this neighborhood — Matthews Plantation - is a favorite of mine! It’s hard to find all brick neighborhoods like this with mature landscaping and nice wide lots. There is also a neighborhood playground, pond and tennis courts — also hard to find these days and definitely not in new construction where space is utilized to get more homes on site. It’s a trade off — new home with all the bells and whistles/older home with larger lots, big trees, mature landscaping. 💁🏻‍♀️

Happy weekend 💚. I’ll be having a mix of work and play. Showings in today’s market book up so quickly due to Covid restrictions. I made appointments early in the week on a couple new listings. Hopefully one of these houses will be the 🏠 of their dreams! If not, more showings tomorrow!

After this Its off to the trails. I never knew how much I’d like winter hiking. Guess you can say that’s been one of the good that’s come out of the past 8 months - more time outside and a greater appreciation for Mother Nature 🌳⛰☀️. Stay safe!!

Working from home can still be beautiful! We’ve been working from home for months now. ⁣ We’ve settled into a productive and predictable rhythm and are ready to KILL IT from home at the onset of the new year.⁣

Does your current home fit the new normal? Do you find you need more space or are you reusing spaces you already had? The housing market is crazy but also all of my contractors are swamped with work. People are adapting to make spaces work for the Covid lifestyle. Have you made changes to your current home? If you are like many those spaces that were once rarely used like formal living and dining rooms, are now offices, classrooms, gyms and hobby spaces. I can attest — our garage is now our home gym!
