New Home Orientation is one of my favorite parts of the new construction process. At this stage, clients get a pre-closing walkthrough to how their home works, review systems, test all appliances, review warranty information, & correct any cosmetic issues that are discovered, etc.

So excited for this client, see you at the closing table!
