This one is bittersweet. We watched this one come to life from the ground up. This is the home we built our businesses in. These are the rooms we sat in while we all learned valuable life lessons. This is the place we came home to after saying "I do". I hope it brings just as much luck and love to the next owners. ❤

Midterm rentals have slow seasons too.

We are all about transparency. We had the slowest Q1 than we've had in years - so did most other markets, industries and investments. Midterm rentals were no exception.

But I'm proud to say that as of today, with 40+ furnished rentals in our portfolio, we are FULLY BOOKED.

Last week, I had a scheduled call with one of our owner clients to discuss their next investment property. He casually mentioned that they’re expecting their first child.

I immediately hired a local mom (who also has a newborn!) to build a baby basket and hand deliver it to their home. Yeah, I could have done it myself but I promise my basket wouldn’t look half as good and helping a local mom who actually knew how to pull it off was a major plus!
