🏠🏡🏠It’s closing day for My Client!! 🏠🏡

Had the pleasure to work with him on the purchase of his new home in NC for him and his family. CONGRATS and I’m super proud of him for not giving up!!

Moving from NY to NC can be stressful and add in mortgage problems....forget about it!!! He had a pre-approval from another lender and a few days before closing his loan fell through and they were unable to get his deal closed. Luckily Heather Aucello with Movement Mortgage was able to save the deal. She is awesome and we closed today, less than 15 business days later!!!

I’m truly THANKFUL & GRATEFUL for the opportunity to get the deal done and to Candice Shepard for closing this deal so quickly for us!! I appreciate everyone involved in making it possible.
