Everyone scream CONGRATULATIONS to this amazing couple! 🥳 Today marks a special milestone not just for my friends, but also for me as a real estate Broker. We closed on their stunning new construction home, and I couldn't be more thrilled for this deserving family.

As the first clients to close under the umbrella of my business, Impeccable Real Estate, this moment is truly unforgettable. Another home sold! 🏡☺️ We listed this house a good bit higher than the market, (I’m notorious for doing that 😆). When her neighbor listed a similar home the same week for $50k less, I just knew we’d sit on the market a little longer…but we didn’t! Though homes were going under contract on average 26 days, we got under contract within 2 weeks and sold for $20,000 MORE than the neighbor who listed the same week. I am truly so happy for her!
