Thais was born and raised in Sao Paulo, Brazil, the 4th most populated city in the world. Having earned her degree in Fashion Business & Marketing on an academic scholarship, Thais’s defining characteristics are dedication, discipline and hard work. In over 10 years of experience in sales management, customer service, and visual merchandising, Thais has collected many awards and promotions. For her, the best compliment is seeing people who’ve worked for & with her succeed in their careers and lives through her mentoring.
Thais moved to New York City to pursue the dream of learning a second language and living in the American culture. Between studies and exploring the Big Apple, she met and married her husband, Larry. Shortly thereafter, Thais and Larry dove deep into North Carolina real estate. They started a rental business and developed a strong passion for real estate, with Thais becoming a real estate broker/agent and Larry becoming a mortgage broker.
Thais is passionate about church, yoga, travel, children and dogs! She loves breweries and food tours, and spends her time reading real estate, business, and spiritual literature.
