I arrived in NY on Thursday to visit my cousin, and I have literally worked the entire time without missing a single step of a jam packed schedule. I’ve:

✔️Reviewed property disclosures with my clients
✔️Drafted and submitted an offer to purchase
✔️Educated my first time homebuyers on what to fight for in their contract
✔️Ordered and reviewed a property inspection

Work-life flexibility is so important to me, but my wealth of real estate experience MATTERS. I’ve worked in this industry since 2007 and work HARD to advocate for you. These clients are first time homebuyers relocating from California to Charlotte with three small children! You can probably imagine that their nerves are on edge. But, there is nothing to fear when you work with the RIGHT people. We will be Under Contract this week and preparing for next steps. 😉
