As you can see, we're ripping out the old walls, exposing the framing and electrical, and clearing out all the debris to give ourselves a completely clean slate. It takes a lot of vision—and a ton of hard work—to look at a mess like this and see the potential, but this is exactly where the magic happens. We have to tear out the old before we can bring in the new!

Acquisition Cost: Only $10,000 for the house, the lot, and the "beautiful" barn! 🤯

Rehab & Labor: $25,000 to cover roofing, rehab, and HVAC installation.
