Weather permitting, J Tree Service will be taking down the huge tree next to 2626 and across from 2624.

The following parking spots will need to be vacant from Tues 9PM to Wed 9PM as well as the unassigned spots along the road.
The assigned spots are 179, 180, 181. 182, 186, 184, 185.

Dear Homeowners,
Now that the siding project has been completed, we will be moving forward with the next phase of exterior maintenance.
We have contracted a team to clean the top trim (flashing) on all buildings. This work will be performed from the roofs, with crews accessing the areas by ladder. They will be using rags and a Simple Green cleaning solution, taking care to avoid any drips down the sides of the buildings.

Work is scheduled to begin on Monday, April 21st, starting with buildings 2600–2602. The crew will then continue working their way around the property. The project is expected to take approximately two weeks to complete, weather permitting.
Please be aware of workers and ladders in your area during this time. We appreciate your cooperation as we complete this final step in improving the community’s exterior.

Dear Homeowners,
We want to make everyone aware of a few important community matters and reminders regarding our policies.

There is currently a feral cat population behind Building 2634. Arrangements are being made to have these animals safely trapped and removed. Please remember that feeding outdoor animals is against HOA rules, and this policy will be enforced moving forward.

As a precaution, if you allow your cat outdoors without a leash, please be aware that it may be inadvertently trapped during this process.

Additionally, we have received three reports of a dog owner not cleaning up after their pet in the area between the pool and Building 2630 E–H. Dog owners are required to clean up after their pets at all times. There is a dog waste station located at the end of the sidewalk in this area for your convenience. Failure to comply may result in fines once the responsible party is identified.

We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in helping maintain a clean, safe, and respectful community. Following these rules benefits all residents.
