Big congrats to our Sedgefield duet owners. We recently handed the keys over to this awesome townhouse project in Sedgefield neighborhood. This project was a a great example of where the owner took advantage of an earlier presale opportunity and got to customize the colors and selections during the build.

When you work with us at Keen our whole team steps up and dedicates the time and effort into making the final product truly a one of a kind.

Spend a minute with Sydney Mesi, and you’ll understand how much thought—and heart—goes into a Keen home.

Our lead designer takes you inside the vision for 2209 Cumberland Road, an upcoming British Arts and Crafts home designed by Christopher Phelps.

From rich walnut and blue cabinetry to warm brass details, Sydney walks through the choices that will give this home its character. Her excitement is contagious, and her expertise shows in how she brings the materials, colors, and architectural influences together.

This is a glimpse of the people and passion behind what we build.

Follow along as Cumberland comes to life.

Sometimes iPhone shots are the best way to capture it! We snapped a few pics the day we handed over the keys to our new owners of this home built in Villa Heights. This was the last of our Villa Heights collection. No filter needed!

Expertly designed by Frusterio design with interior design by our in house team.

Recently completed and photographed the day we handed the keys over. This house was built custom for our clients who are passionate about meeting people and traveling the world. Each of the design elements they selected were directly related to experiences they’ve had and places they had been. This home was built on the last available golf course lot in Mecklenburg County, sitting nicely on the Palisades golf course in South Charlotte. We are so greatful to have been able to along side these clients to bring this vision to reality.

An incredible custom home by Frusterio Design, Inc. is officially underway in Riverchase!

We recently broke ground and couldn’t be more excited to bring this one to life. From the earliest design conversations through selections and budgeting, our team has worked hand-in-hand with our clients to refine every detail—balancing their vision, priorities, and investment to create a home that feels uniquely theirs.

This is what Build on Your Lot with Keen is all about: bringing the right team together, guiding the process from concept to construction, and turning a dream home into something real.

Can’t wait to share the progress as this one comes out of the ground.
