Alex Bailey is the founder of Keen Building Company, a luxury custom home builder and construction firm based in Charlotte, North Carolina. With a background rooted in large-scale commercial construction and complex luxury residential projects, Alex has managed and delivered over 2,000,000 square feet of complex projects ranging from commercial Class A office to medical and multifamily developments and countless residential landmark luxury home and renovation projects across the Carolina’s. That experience shaped the foundation of Keen—bringing a level of discipline, organization, and technical expertise to the residential space that is rarely seen.
