That’s a wrap on our Summer Internship Program! A huge shout out to our seven interns joining us from University of Georgia, Tulane University, UNC Charlotte, University of New Hampshire, and UNC Chapel Hill who dove headfirst into commercial real estate to gain a 360 degree view of the industry.

Throughout their rotation, they worked directly alongside leaders across 6 key departments:
Research & Acquisition/Disposition
Capital Markets
Leasing & Marketing
Construction
Asset & Property Management

All that industry knowledge culminated in our final Capstone Project, where teams evaluated a real-world asset and presented strategic recommendations choosing between Hold & Harvest, Reposition, or Harvest the Gains.

We couldn’t be more proud of their hard work, critical thinking, and fresh perspectives. Thank you to our 2026 interns for an unforgettable summer.

Giving back is at the heart of Big V Cares.

During our second quarter initiative, Big V team members volunteered at food banks across the communities we serve, including the San Antonio Food Bank, Regional Food Bank of Hudson Valley, Second Harvest Food Bank, and The Storehouse Food Pantry.

We're especially proud to support The Storehouse Food Panty as it was started and operated by a family member of one of our tenants.

Thank you to every team member who donated their time and energy to serve others. Together we're making a difference in the communities where we operate.

A milestone moment for the future of Anna, Texas. Last week, we proudly celebrate the groundbreaking of Rosamond Town Center alongside our partners and community leaders who helped bring this vision to life.

We're excited to announce that Big V Property Group and The Seitz Group have formed a joint venture with a fund managed by Principal Asset Management® to develop Rosamond Town Center in Anna, Texas.

The 355,826-square-foot open-air center will anchor a larger 750,000-square-foot retail complex serving one of the fastest-growing markets in the U.S.
