What a busy morning I’ve had!

Started off with an 8 AM breakfast at Waltonwood Providence in South Charlotte, where it’s always a pleasure to see familiar faces of the wonderful people who serve our precious  seniors in and around Charlotte….networking is never time wasted! I look forward to putting my head together with Cory-Meghan Knight of Knight Senior Advisors for some fall events 😊

Number 2 stop was getting to meet Manolo Bentacur, owner of Manolos Central Ave Bakery🧁 in East Charlotte. I’m looking forward to collaborating with him to bring some amazing guidance and education on “careful steps to buying your own home” to the Latino community!

Spring always feels like a fresh start… 🌸

Not just outside—but at home too.

I’ve been doing a simple little “spring reset” myself (nothing overwhelming), and it’s amazing how a few small changes can shift the whole feel of your space.

Here’s what I’m focusing on:
🌻 Opening the windows more
🌸 Fresh flowers in the kitchen
🌼 Decluttering just ONE drawer (keeping it realistic 😉)
🌺 Letting myself dream a little about what I want next in a home

No big projects. No pressure. Just a reset.
