We're working to breathe new life into the 120-year-old former Louise Cotton Mills located at 1101 Hawthorne Lane, Charlotte, NC 28205.

The project, dubbed The Lofts at Hawthorne Mill, will create 149 luxury, 1- and 2-bedroom apartment homes. The apartments will have finishes that are rare in the Charlotte area, including exposed brick walls, exposed spiral ductwork, high ceilings, 12' arched 'factory windows', and original wood floors, beams, and ceilings. Project amenities will include a pool with tanning shelf, outdoor fire pit, outdoor grills, 2,500 sq ft resident lounge, cafe, and workout center.

1 bedroom, 1 bath units will likely range from $880 to $1,600 per month

2 bedroom, 2 bath units will likely range from $1,250 to $1,850 per month

Hard hat tours expected in the Spring of 2018 for occupancy in the summer of 2018.
