The apartments will have finishes that are rare in the Charlotte area, including exposed brick walls, exposed spiral ductwork, high ceilings, 12' arched 'factory windows', and original wood floors, beams, and ceilings. 1 bedroom, 1 bath units will likely range from $880 to $1,600 per month
