You need an investment specialist to show you where to get the most bang for your buck. You need someone who understands risk and asset allocation. Investing in real estate is much more difficult than what it looks like on television. It is almost time to kick off the last day of the Women in Publishing Summit. What a week! What generous speakers to give so much valuable info and time. I am so grateful to be here. Everyone has been great, but I’m going to be biased for a minute. Julie Cantrell is speaking on a panel during the first session. You do not want to miss this! Mark met Ryan Serhant years ago at a NAR conference. He always said he got the sense that Ryan was genuine in how he felt about serving his clients. You might not think a guy who has a best seller, stars in a popular tv show and manages his own bi-coastal team would be a really stand up guy. But he is. He does deals when they make sense, not just because they make money. Glad to have had the chance to briefly meet him.
