The market now favors buyers more than it has in a long time. Homes are not flying off the market in 2 days any more (They were also being bought for $1000s over the asking/list price). If you're still waiting on an interest rate that may never arrive this is for you! Just think, the money you are "saving" while you wait for the rate could cost you thousands if you purchase in the wrong market...
