Rental Includes -

TV/high speed internet, electricity, water, trash removal, private parking, washer & dryer in unit, all kitchen appliances. Rentals are not furnished.

The Duke Energy allowance is $80.00 per month for a two bedroom unit. ($40.00 per person).
The Duke Energy allowance is $120.00 a month for a three bedroom unit. ($40.00 per person).
All Duke Energy overages are billed equally to renters. Bills are delivered by e-mail quarterly if the monthly allowance is exceeded.
If you elect to establish your own account with Duke Energy you must set-up your account and notify property management before signing your lease. At that point your responsibility for electricity will be directly to Duke Energy, property management will no longer be part of this process, and rental payments will be reduced accordingly.
