I grew up in a Navy family and then served in the Army (where I met my husband) for 8 years. I have lived in 11 states and 2 countries and, at one point, had relocated 7 times in 8 years. I am well versed in and intimately aware of the concerns, anxieties, and fears associated with real estate transactions, and so I try to make the process as smooth as possible for my clients, whether you’re looking for the perfect home for yourself, a low-maintenance rental investment property or trying to sell and move on to the next adventure, I am ready to help you reach your real estate goals. I bring a wealth of experience in analysis, negotiations, relationship building, coaching and counseling. I graduated summa cm laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. I spent 8 years serving as an Army officer in the Intelligence and Civil Affairs fields. I am involved in several veteran networks and other non-profit groups around the greater Charlotte area. In 2015, I earned both my Quality Service Certification (QSC®) and my Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation. In 2016, I earned my Certified Military Relocation Specialist (CMRS®) designation. In 2019, I earned both the At Home With Diversity Certification (AHWD®) and the Military Relocation Professional (MRP®) designation. In 2020, I earned the Workforce Housing Professional (WHP®) designation. Charlotte’s quality of life and affordability, mixed with its growth and economic opportunities, are what drew my husband and I to settle down here. We fell in love with Waxhaw due to its small town heart and sense of community and now live there with our daughter & three dogs.
