This one started with a phone call from my friend and fellow Real Broker agent, Jennifer Hoyle.

Jennifer was working with buyers looking for a home in the Charlotte area and needed someone to show them homes on the South Carolina side while she covered North Carolina. That's exactly why I got licensed in both states. You never know which side of the state line the right home is going to be on.

Once they found the right home in South Carolina, I took it from there. Negotiated closing costs, a professional cleaning before closing, and walked them through every step of the process as first time buyers.

Today they closed on their first home. The second they got their keys they were already jumping into home improvement projects. I love that energy. 🏡
