Meet Taderro Marrero, the newest realtor to join The Minard Group.

Taderro Marrero represents buyers and sellers in the Piedmont Triad, and Charlotte region. Born in Wiesbaden, Germany and raised in Rocky Mount, NC I made the move to Winston-Salem, NC to further my education. I am a graduate of Winston-Salem State University where I received a B.A. of Science in Business Marketing.
Serving and Bartending my way through college I decided to go into Restaurant Management where he gained leadership skills, in addition to excellent customer service skills, and framing himself as a driven and personable professional with an entrepreneurial spirit.

After a successful 14 year career in the food and beverage industry, including managing a team of over forty employees I decided I had outgrown this venture and was ready for a new and challenging career.
With a background coming from Real Estate Development and a true passion for Real Estate Sales I decided to transition into the Real Estate Industry. My father has owned a successful General Contracting Company for 30 years and my mother served in the US Army most of her career. I have a 14 year old daughter who I consider my his biggest motivation for not only my career but all I do in life. I am very family oriented and love traveling and experiencing new ventures.

I am extremely dedicated to my work, and fully committed to finding my clients wants and needs. I do this by setting myself apart with unrivaled work ethic, integrity, and honesty.

Meet Naya LaMade, the newest Realtor to join The Minard Group.

Naya has been a resident of the Charlotte Metro area for 25+ years. During that time, she's had the opportunity of seeing the city transform into the beautiful metropolis we affectionately refer to as "The QC". Being a transplant from the Washington DC/Maryland area, she was instantly captivated by Charlotte's beautiful skyline, its autumn foliage and the local residents’ southern hospitality.

Her love for real estate began while building her first home in 2005. She learned how overwhelming, and confusing the home buying journey can be for a first-time buyer. It was during this process she also learned to appreciate the experience and knowledge that a local advisor can bring to the home buying/selling transaction.

As a licensed Real Estate professional, Naya takes pride in making the buying, selling and renting experiences as smooth and stress-free as possible. She ensures that her clients are well educated and prepared for what to expect, and she always maintains an upbeat disposition.

Naya actively volunteers in the Charlotte community promoting generational wealth and entrepreneurship. She is the CEO and Founder of "Rely On I-ROI" a mentorship program developed to assist young adults (ages 21+) with navigating the terrain we call life. Be it budgeting, credit help, or career assistance - she loves helping others and gets a true sense of fulfillment seeing them flourish.

In her spare time she loves to cook, paint, dance and spend time with her family.
