Happy Closing Day!!

There are some closings that just stick with you, and this is one of them. ❤️

Today, I got to hand the keys over to the sweetest family, and I couldn’t be more excited for them.

I’ll be honest… this wasn’t the “perfect” house. It needs some love, and it definitely pushed them outside of their comfort zone. But sometimes the best opportunities don’t come wrapped in perfection, they come wrapped in potential.

When we first looked at this home, I could see beyond what it was and picture what it could become for them. A backyard filled with kids playing, family cookouts, holidays, and memories they’ll cherish for years. I knew that with a little time and some updates, this house would become something really special.

The numbers made the leap even more exciting. The home started at $1.6M, dropped to $1.5M, and we were able to purchase it for $1.375M. Oh… and the Tesla in the garage came with the house! 🚗⚡️

More importantly, they didn’t just buy a home, they made a smart financial decision. They’re in an incredible position to build significant equity while making this house their own.

Buying a home isn’t always about finding one that doesn’t need any work. Sometimes it’s about having the vision and courage to see what everyone else overlooks.
