Here's how the Real model actually works. No pitch, just the math. 📊

Most agents I talk to aren't unhappy. They're just tired of running the numbers every month and not liking the answer.

So here's ours, plainly:

85/15 from day one. Not a tiered climb you have to earn back every January.

A $12,000 annual cap. Hit it and you're at 100% for the rest of your anniversary year.

No desk fees. You're not paying rent on a seat before you've closed anything.

Stock at cap. RSUs that vest over three years — you build a stake in the brokerage you're helping grow.

That's the model. There are still fees — a sign-up, an annual brokerage fee, per-transaction costs — and any brokerage that tells you otherwise is selling you something. What matters is whether the total is less than what you're carrying now.

It doesn't fit everyone. If you're newer and you need a physical office with someone down the hall to ask, this probably isn't your move yet. If you're producing and funding overhead you don't use, it's worth thirty minutes.
